Another step towards diverse living on the Medicine Campus Davos has been taken. We are pleased that the official building permit for our latest project, ‘Living South’ has been granted.

With three modern residential buildings in timber construction, we are creating around 100 apartments. These have been designed to meet the different housing needs of patients, staff and visitors. For the realisation, the uses are now geared towards staff and visitors.

The project is characterised by a well-thought-out mix of apartments and studios. This diversity allows for a high degree of flexibility in use and also takes into account the growing demand from the local community.
