The competition was organised by the CSA Swiss Conference of Architects and espazium – Der Verlag für Baukultur together with TEC21, Tracés and Archi. The aim of the competition was to highlight the contribution of the Swiss architecture sector to achieving the sustainability goals to which Switzerland has committed itself in the UN Agenda 2023 “Transformation for our world: leaving no one behind”.

The judging panel selected from around 40 applications from all over Switzerland. The competence centre for Sonova Communications AG was among the 14 nominees. The selection process focussed on projects that deal with sustainable development in diverse and innovative ways and are directly related to several of the Sustainable Development Goals
