The property in Dietlikon is an example of how the architecture and interior design of an existing office building can be upgraded and made fit for a new tenant. For the owner AXA Anlagestiftung, the building was converted from a main tenant to a multi-tenant property and revitalized through targeted interventions.

The KOWERK now has office, commercial and service space. On the first floor, there are semi-public areas for gastronomy, showrooms, store areas, two-story manufactories and a spacious atrium.
