In collaboration with the property developer Raumpioniere, we are modernising two existing buildings from the 1970s on Dietlistrasse in St. Gallen.

Through targeted architectural and energy-related measures, we are adapting the buildings to today’s living requirements. By largely preserving the existing structure and façade, grey energy is also conserved.

The new residential layouts with minimal structural interventions require precise and creative architectural planning, which will be supplemented with interior design at a later date.
