The deconstrucion of the listed ‘House Uto’ is in full swing. The former cinema auditorium is now in its raw state. The cinema furniture and the asbestos-containing acoustic surfaces have been removed.

In the flats, the original terracotta tiled floor is being uncovered. The partition walls between the wet rooms and the kitchens will be replaced with new ones.

Next, the pitched roof will be removed and the roof tiles will be carefully dismantled so that they can be reused after the new floor has been added.
