In the mountain village of Andermatt, another apartment building has been created for Andermatt Swiss Alps AG. 34 spacious, flexible and maisonette-like apartments with a unique, functional interior design meet the needs of an active lifestyle.

The concept of Koya is based on the idea of connection. This can be found on several levels. Further special features result from the analogy to Japanese culture.

In addition to the use of wood for the façade and interior fittings, the small footprint characteristic of micro-living also ensures a reduced ecological footprint.
