The ORBIZ flex office commissioned by the Turidomus Investment Foundation is an example of the conversion of existing buildings. In future, the building will be open to a wide range of users.

A restaurant on the ground floor will be transformed into a bar in the evening. Further publicly accessible rooms complete the ground floor. Offices with a plug-and-play principle and original design on the upper floor offer a pleasant indoor climate.
