Diversity in the housing mix as the key to diverse housing needs: In response to the increasing housing shortage on the Medicine Campus Davos and in the surrounding region, three new residential buildings were designed in timber construction.

These buildings create additional living space for staff, patients and their relatives through a well thought-out mix of uses.

The timber construction, simple construction methods and the targeted, efficient use of materials ensure that the buildings conserve resources.
