Simon Hofer works at OOS as a junior interior designer in the areas of design and planning. With his focus on a harmonious overall appearance, he balances function, utility and materiality.

He started his career with a carpentry apprenticeship and deepened his knowledge of furniture design in his spare time. As one of the judges for the Lucerne Carpenters Association Competition, he also evaluated apprentice designs as a furniture expert. After a stint in Brooklyn NYC at SFA Interiors Inc, his professional path led him to OOS. Here he is able to apply his carpentry background to interior design. With his sense for the aesthetic and functional, he complements the interior design team of OOS and is also dedicated to the topic of sustainability.
