How can an inner-city commercial site be developed into a sustainable urban building block while achieving greenhouse gas neutrality? That is what we are finding out as part of the two-stage study process for site development at Badenerstrasse 571.

Together with our long-standing client Nest Sammelstiftung, we have deliberately broken new ground – with the aim of creating different conditions to enable a truly sustainable outcome. To this end, we have jointly developed a clear vision and mission statement, with a focus on sufficiency, closed material cycles, community and shared use, and have also helped to shape the process and competition structure.

As a result, we are now acting in an advisory capacity to the sustainable and ethically oriented owner. We are accompanying the competition process and ensuring that the vision and mission statement are adhered to until completion.
