Following the demolition of an old staff building, the pile foundations for the new buildings have already been laid. The excavation pit for the parking garage is currently being dug, and the first concrete work has begun in parallel.

By 2027, three new buildings with a total of 100 apartments and studios will be built. In the future, these will be used primarily by staff at the Medicine Campus Davos.

This flexible housing option is an important contribution to the further development of the location and creates urgently needed living space.
