Micro Apartments for More Sustainability
The alpine micro-apartments of the Frame House have been handed over to the buyers and will soon be available for rent. They offer a multifunctional living structure in the smallest possible space. Thanks to a clever utilization concept, 34 apartments have been created on a defined volume. A room height of around 5 meters lends a stately feeling of space with a simultaneously small square meter. The volume is divided by a piece of furniture in the middle and the sleeping area is located on this piece of furniture.
The micro-apartments thus have a high quality of stay with a small ecological footprint at the same time. Also, the outer shell is not masonry, but a wooden façade. Large panoramic windows and bay windows provide light-flooded interiors and connect the interior and exterior spaces, so that one can enjoy nature from the interiors as well. The 2.5-room apartments and duplex studios address the needs of a young, active public.
