In 2008, our design won over the jury in a competition. 17 years later, Haus AVA is nearing completion on behalf of Andermatt Swiss Alps AG.

Photos from the construction site show how our design concept is becoming reality step by step. The new timber building draws inspiration from the traditional chalet style, while abstract sgraffito patterns on the façade offer a contemporary interpretation of this artisanal craft.

Construction is still underway – but soon, this will be a place to live and thrive. Eleven residences and penthouses, each with its own sauna, along with an additional spa area on the ground floor, ensure exceptional living comfort and offer space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
