The project combines natural Alpine construction methods with modern living comfort. Inspired by the Heimatstil, the design draws on rural and regional architectural forms and reinterprets them. Bay windows, loggias and a striking roof landscape create an exciting volumetry, while spacious, light-flooded rooms characterise the living experience.

The building offers
