Timothy is associate and as a member of the management board responsible for the BIM process at OOS and, as a BIM manager, he is also an internal and external contact person regarding all BIM applications. What is important to him: environmental protection and sustainability in construction.

From his role as in-house Project Manager and BIM officer at a US university to designer of passive houses, sculpture parks and offices, American-born Timothy Hildenbrand-Severo brings a wealth of experience to OOS. Here he builds the BIM infrastructure for projects and provides BIM support for the team. It is in the field of design where he brings in his passion for the combination of textures and materials.
