OOS supports the owner AXA Anlagestiftung in the strategic repositioning and change of use of a property built in 1993 at Industriestrasse 24 in Dietlikon.

Starting from a pure office use, the building is redesigned for the multiple use KOWERK with offices, commercials and services through various interventions on the level of architecture and interior design. The vision for the property follows the idea of “easy-in/easy-out”.

Due to the fundamentally well-preserved building fabric, the building will be transferred to the new utilisation concept with as little intervention as possible. The result will already be visible in a few weeks.
