OOS Event at Lessingstrasse
Refurbishment instead of replacement construction saves resources. This is becoming increasingly important, especially in times of climate change. During a short guided tour of our Lessingstrasse project and a subsequent presentation, we showed how to revitalise an existing building through clever interventions and transform it into a progressive place without changing the character of the site.
At the same time, we gave an insight into the special features and challenges of a second project on Lessingstrasse, the tenant fit-out for Fischer Immobilienmanagement AG. The result is a unique atmosphere with its own little office forest. Gerhard Zemp gave a lecture on everything from the idea to the implementation of the office forest and generally on the topic of “Interior Landscaping”.
