Installation of Stairs and Partition Walls for ORBIZ
The current construction work for the ORBIZ flex office shows the conversion of part of the existing Josef building for the Investment Foundation Turidomus. The result is an innovative office space for small and medium-sized companies that can flexibly rent fully equipped workspaces.
A staircase connects the offices on the two upper floors with the public catering area on the ground floor. This was delivered in parts to the ground floor, pulled upwards with the help of chain hoists and then welded together on site.
The first partition walls made of Profilit glass, which separate the various office areas, have already been installed. The construction work will be completed in just a few weeks and the modern offices will be ready for occupancy.
