When renovating the façade, we are guided by the original colour scheme of the building. The façade, shutters, friezes and other decorative elements – including the famous ‘mask relief’ – are being restored to their original colours.

The listed escape doors of the former Uto cinema have been repaired and are now waiting to be painted. This completes the façade renovation.

The new attic is in its final stages of construction. The wooden roof structure remains visible, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for future tenants.

The new balconies have been attached to the new roof structure on the courtyard side. They offer future tenants a quiet outdoor area and thus a higher quality of living.
