The transformation of part of the Josef office building for the ORBIZ flex office of the Investment Foundation Turidomus is underway. While a temporary logo adorns the façade on the outside, the first steps after the demolition are visible on the inside.

The raised floor is being partially opened up and the building services are being added. The cut-out for the new staircase as an internal connection is already in place. This will lead from the ground floor with the catering area and other publicly accessible rooms to the offices and workstations on the upper floors.
