Vicky Failadi works as an architect at OOS. She is driven by the social aspect, whether in the design process or in her daily work as part of a team.

Born in Greece, she began her career as an architect in Cologne after completing her architecture degree in Patras. She worked in architectural offices for several years and then moved to Switzerland to complete the MAS ETH in Housing at the ETH. She is interested in the creation of spaces and new housing typologies that support social development and different forms of contemporary cohabitation. She also views the definition of needs and the development of solutions as a participatory process. She is also interested in various forms of sustainable construction. What she particularly appreciates about OOS is the diversity of the projects, the focus on sustainability and the open-minded people.
