Jan Gloeckner is a partner at OOS and, as a member of the management team, is responsible for finance. He believes in networked thinking and prioritises effectiveness over efficiency.

After studying architecture at ETH Zurich, Jan Gloeckner gained experience as a project manager in various roles. He joined OOS in 2011 and became a partner in 2014. At OOS, he is responsible for overall project management and various general planning mandates. Since 2014, he has been involved in the entire development of the Davos Medical Campus, from master planning to various new construction and conversion projects. He has also managed projects for PartnerRe, SBB and Wüest Partner, among others. In addition, he has continued his education in construction project management and business administration. At OOS, he ensures transparency, commitment and clearly defined interfaces.
