Transformation of a Residential Complex in Dielsdorf
How can existing living space be transformed while creating added value for socio-cultural and ecological issues?
On behalf of Mobimo Management AG, we investigated how six residential properties in Dielsdorf could be developed in a sustainable manner. This laid the foundation for the subsequent study commission.
We examined various ways of optimally activating the utilisation reserves. In addition to returns and space efficiency, the focus was on the following issues:
– minimisation of CO₂ emissions over the entire life cycle
– preservation of affordable housing as a social contribution
– urban and architectural attractiveness
Based on these findings, a study contract was put out to tender with three architectural firms, and we were represented on the jury. We congratulate the winning project by derboa architektur GmbH.
